Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!“
