Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!

It was a great experience. The day before we got married we brought my dress and my hubby's suit in to get cleaned and pressed. You guys did awesome job and it was reasonably priced. My items were pretty much perfectly done.I will return to get items cleaned and or pressed again. Highly recommended.
