QT is always very quick to respond to any service call and preemptive on letting us know of upcoming repairs for budgeting purposes. In addition, I recently had another roofer onsite apart of ownership obligations and this roofer kept singing praises at how clean, well maintained and professional any repairs that shown were. Something I have always experienced from their service, but nice to hear from a competitor!
Jason Quilling, Owner, and Robert Olson with Quality Trusted Roofing have been a great business relationship for my Company, Apartment Cash Flow! Both myself & my clients have used them for repairs and the installation of new flat roofs on older and newer Multi-Family buildings. They can do all things relating to roofs and specialize in the highest quality flat roofs!! Their company has been around for years and TRULY put their customers and clients #1. We contracted with Quality Trusted Commercial to do the roof for Redeeming Love Church in Maplewood. QTC was not only the lowest bid out of 6 potentials, but handled the entire process both expeditiously and professionally. I will definitely use them again.
