The staff were overall very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were greeted but didn’t understand their process at first. The gentleman that works there explained we had to sign-in with our phone number and to select our service. Afterwards, we were informed to have a seat until someone is available to help us. We did wait a bit for someone to become available, however, we were apart of a reserved appointment and there was a lot of us in the group. This is the best nail salon in the area by far…and trust me, I’ve tried them all! I knew right away with how welcoming and kind the manager, Tony, is that I found my spot. He even greeted me by name the 2nd time I returned. Just unbeatable customer service for a nail salon. Belle usually does my nails and she’s sweet as can be, talented, and stays up on the current trends…something I had been trying to find in the area! This is my new salon, everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. The salon is so clean and bright. Also my pedicure lasted longer than the last few I’ve had recently.
