I'm new to make-up and was feeling ready to upgrade my foundation, but I am colorblind when it comes to picking my own shade. One of the floor staff came over and was so KIND and PATIENT with her explanations and guidance. Ive been shade matched before, and it was usually a quick transaction, but she made sure to ask questions to double check that the foundation I was looking at would be optional for my skin type and also gave tips on identifying skintone, foundation application etc. I usually feel self conscious bc of my mature skin and lack of knowledge on how to adjusting my make up, but that one ulta person made me feel tentatively confident and beautiful. ?
