Patrick went out of his way to clean up the partial set up on our new computer. My husband had started the transfer and set up, but passed away prior to completion. Will definitely use their services, again.
I loved my experience with Twin Cities PC Repair. I had a desktop that was encountering BSOD issues that I had guessed were Hardware related. Patrick was able to diagnose the parts that were failing. After knowing which pieces of hardware were failing I decided I would like to upgrade the PC. Patrick was awesome at helping me decide what to upgrade based on price and quality, and he was also able to help me reuse the functional parts from my old PC. He is extremely knowledgeable, and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend working with Patrick at Twin Cities PC Repair enough.
Got me in very quickly after coffee was spilled on my laptop. They picked up at my workplace, which saved me a ton of headache during an extremely busy and stressful week. Patrick's communication was prompt and professional, and I felt confident he knew what he was doing. He was honest with me about cost and expectations throughout. I will absolutely be using their services again next time I need repairs!
