The refrigerator at the hospital where I work charged me three times for two items. The first customer service person I called tried to help me get my refund. After a week went by, a different customer service representative told me that if the charge didn't drop from my account, I would have to call the company that processes their payments. Essentially, he was saying it's not their fault and that I should call the payment processing company for my money. Avoid refrigerator vending so you don't have to struggle to get 41 dollars back like me.

Sodexo managed a hospital cafeteria I had worked in for quite a while. They do not care what customers want to eat or pay, and they behave as though every employee is a thief and liar. Recipes we had to cook were time intensive but very poor quality and outrageously expensive for what they were. When I addressed the issue of people burning themselves on the cheap self-serve utensils I was told they were "Sodexo compliant" and wouldn't change. I was constantly pulled from one position to fill another only to find they expected me to do both. Food often is expired, people are charged more than what the listed price is, when you reach out to the company to let them know, they refuse to address the issue and continue to overcharge people. Have also reached out to them to let them know the rechargeable vending card was not working and they wouldn't respond about getting it fixed or refunding the amount loaded onto the card.
