Thanks to Velair, me and my girls have a brand new apartment to call our own!! We were days away from being homeless, as no one wanted to rent to someone with poor rental history, no credit, and low income without having vouchers. I must've inquired with dozens of landlords & prooert owners to no avail. Velair management worked with me so that I could rent one of their brand new (built in 2023) units. I have worked for Velair Property Management since Feb 2023. By far this is one of the best companies I have worked for. The people are amazing and always willing to help with anything. The residents are wonderful to work with as well.
