Really appreciated Cal's prompt and thorough analysis of the problem and clear explanation of options for a permanent repair of an icemaker that was badly construction when manufactured. He cleaned the ice machine and got it working again. Cal was courteous and arrived within the time block of the appointment.
The technician was great and that's what I am rating. The appointment was set up incorrectly and he got everything straightened out. The automated phone service is awful. I couldn't reach anyone and then got sent to a bunch of pre-recorded offers that I didn't want. I probably won't use them again because of this.
Our water filter system in our 12-year-old Sears refrigerator. Freezer linen color was completely broken. Our technician was wonderful. Came spotted the problem, ordered the parts and returned to complete the job in less than an hour. I’m ecstatic since the kitchen is done in the linen color that isn’t available anymore in the refrigerator is like new!The right price too. It’s my Christmas present.
