At first, I kind of felt there was a lack of a warm welcome… but let’s start with my scheduling: didn’t go so smooth as there was an error the first time so I went through and did it again. Second time I accidentally scheduled for 10/10 instead of 10/8. So when I went into what I thought was her appointment they let me know it was for 10/10. They sort of seemed crabby. I was worried being we were only in the cities until 10/9… But they were able to get my daughter in the next day luckily! Come the next day, we were running late. I brought my daughter and her best friend here for a special treat, and they had SO much fun! They both truly received the royal treatment from a soft robe to special drinks and makeup they got to choose. They both declared that it was “the best day ever!”

Our second year in a row and our daughter loved it. Katie was so wonderful. She was kind, patient, and treated our daughter with respect and compassion. We can’t wait to go back again next year.
