The actual care staff is top notch, they are on top of their game and are very caring towards their patients. They really do take the time to explain everything and ensure good understanding. The billing department on the other hand. Well, let’s just say this, their left hands aren’t even in the same hemisphere as their right hands. Everyone in the department seems to pass the buck to the next person, who in turn does the same thing. Have spoken to 7 different people throughout the day over a period of 9 hours and they still have not been able to perform the task. Absolutely ridiculous.
My first appt at this clinic. All went well as I found a friendly staff, appealing environment and the appointment with Doc Samuelson brought a secure feeling. He came across as honest and caring as he explained the probable surgery and listed my options. It was a very good experience!
She is a very nice person. She was very helpful before and after my cataract surgery . I was able to see the results in a day or two. It was amazing and I can’t wait to get my 2nd eye done next week. Thank you so much for the amazing job.
