really bad service, waste of money and time, 5 minutes appointment , a $ 500 dollar bill. she didn't even take the time to look at the area that concerned me. there are many good dermatologist in twin cities. Avoid this place !!!

I set an appointment and went in and they couldn't help me that day because they were too busy and told me to schedule a follow up appointment to get some procedures done. I scheduled it- a six month wait was required because they're so busy. When I got there, I was told that they were too busy to take care of my issue and that I should schedule a follow up appointment. Is there an echo in here? Very unprofessional...

This M Health Fairview system is nothing but a headache and they have gone downhill since the merger. The staff are downright rude and unreasonable. I have had appointments cancelled for no reason after arriving early. The doctors are mediocre at best and try to rush you out the door as soon as possible. No need to waste your time when plenty of other better clinicsare in the metro area.
