Such a cluster trying to get a form completed. I can send a form to another doctor and get it completed in less than 4 hrs. I send it here, it take 24 hours, then for them to say someone will contact you on how to send it back to you. Well if I sent it by MyChart, logic would be to upload it there. Best part MyChart works 50% of the time. The admin skills here are poor as well. If you dont want to work at a clinic, then dont.

Go to Health Partners if this is an option for you. Appreciate having urgent care a few blocks away...the problem is~ referrals are not being accepted by Fairview specialist clinics without a Dr.s referring me, so I went to urgent care to get the referral. Although I got the referral by the Dr. @ the Oxboro clinic... The Dr.(s) I was referred are not able to accommodate any clients who want a second opinion...to call Health Partners...(I do not want & did not request a 2nd opinion.)..but I will call Health Partners. I would have initiated this call last week had I been informed~ even with a referral Fairview is unable to facilitate specialty appointments.

They never seem to take patients after 7 o'clock PM so maybe they should change their hours 7'clock. PM So that we can just go to the ER instead of wasting our time with this facility.
