They don't deserve 1 star but unfortunately there is no 0 star. Please don't send your child in this center. From the supervisor to the BCBA supervisor they are not there for the right reason, its heart breaking to see that they don't care about the child and the family who actually hoping and praying for child to get the help. Look for another center that is not Fraser for your child it just empty name that is popular, there are so many ABA center out there that is right fit for your child, I am sure any center will be better than Fraser; that is what I did and I found wonderful center for my child.

Awful customer service. They never answer calls, and if they do, they hang up shortly after.

I have had some pretty good but also some extremely bad experiences here so I cannot make a decision on one exact rating. There are some really good people working here but also some people that should not be working here at all let alone working with disabled people because they seem to hate disabled people and do not know or care on how to handle autistic patients which doesn't even make sense because this is mainly an autism clinic so you would think everybody would have some kind of experience with that but apparently not.

Some of the newly hired people have actually been openly hostile towards autistic people and also breaking ADA and there are no repercussions...read full review
