I cannot recommend Jerry, enough! From start to finish, he was absolutely spectacular. Our carpets were in need of some serious attention, and Jerry didn’t disappoint. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to assess the carpets carefully before getting to work. The results were beyond impressive — our carpets look brand new!
Jerry was friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the smell of the carpets after cleaning was so fresh!

The owner, Gerald, did a terrific job. He was prompt in returning my call to set up a service time. Then he showed up right on time. He did an excellent job in cleaning my large area rug and sectional sofa. The price was very fair for the work he put into getting everything so clean. I will use this company again.
The service man was very good. Some stains that were left after another company cleaning were removed when Blooming Carpet had finished cleaning.
The carpet looks very good, almost as new.
Bloomington Carpet cleaners will be who I call next time my carpets need cleaning!!
