I can enthusiastically recommend Roofs R Us Minnesota. Everyone I communicated with at RRU was pleasant, informative, timely and professional. We had a pleasant & satisfactory experience getting our 25+ year old roof replaced with Roofs R Us Minnesota. Erik Hofer provided initial inspection and estimate for new roof. He was very patient with me answering all my questions - probably more than once and made my decision making process pretty painless. We were informed of every step of the job beforehand and once our job was scheduled we were again kept abreast of what would be happening and when. Moises (Moses) Pacheco, the on site project manager, also kept us abreast of events as they were happening and was available for questions and discussed last minute, on site, decisions we needed to make. The crew showed up got to work and before you knew it - it was done and all cleaned up! Moses also took some extra care with our project for which we are very grateful.
