After a hailstorm last fall. I had to find a reputable honest company to look at my roof and siding. Grand Exteriors was my second bid but my first choice. I worked with Jesse who couldn’t have been more professional and assisted me through the insurance claim process for both a roof and siding jobs. The crew was great. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves and were very very hard-working. I couldn’t recommend Grand Exteriors and Jesse more.. It made my experience, which would’ve been very difficult very very manageable. I appreciate all the extra work that they did for me. I just want you to know that you have one heck of an employee Ari Tyler, working for you. I have never had anyone advocate for me to get the best services possible. She strives for the best possible outcome. Even if my insurance company refuses to cover my new roof I will know that Ari had went above and beyond what was needed and all I’s dotted and T’s crossed were crossed. She is personable and professional, courteous and polite, all while serving her client/customer. I can tell she enjoys her job and she is VERY good at it!
Working with Grand Exteriors was a positive experience. Very easy to work with and provided professional services. Reasonably priced. Extremely helpful navigating me through insurance claim challenges. I'd definitely use their services again.
