Recently had a new furnace and A/C installed. Nick did the installation of the equipment and Donovan took care of the electrical. They did a great job! I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Genz-Ryan to anyone.
Cesar is an amazing tech! Whenever I have people out doing work on my house, the very first thing I look for is how professional they are. He is by far one of the most professional people that I've had out here working on anything in my house. You all are lucky to have him as a tech. He did a great job.
Overall experience in replacing an AC Unit & furnace was excellent. Genz-Ryan Technicians -Marcellus Kruger - from initial assessment through installation - Alex Nelson, Donavan Youness, Ricky Lewis were very knowledgeable and very dedicated to ensuring the client’s needs are met. The sales Person, Tim Mehadi, was absolutely understanding and offered no-pressure options. Alex Nelson worked on installation from beginning until successful completion, tirelessly.
Communication from their customer group including with AI was always prompt, quick and effective. Transparency on cost, installation timing & technician arrival info was all great and extremely helpful.
