The mitigation took over a week and during that time he was in constant communication and did a very thorough job! When it came to replacing the flooring he went above and beyond to make sure it looked even better than the original flooring. After the job was finished, I ruined a piece of the trim when hanging photos and he came back and fixed my personal mistake. His work was amazing through and through. “Eric did such a great job! After a hail storm he stopped by seeing if we had any damage. After seeing our roof definitely needed replacing we put a claim into our insurance company. The adjuster denied the claim saying there wasn't enough damage. If it wasn't for Eric we would have thought that was the end of it but he told us we could ask for a second adjuster to come out. We did that and finally got them to agree to the claim. This whole process took almost a year but Eric stayed with it the whole time. He never gave up on us and stayed professional the whole time. 10/10 recommend!!!“
