Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). “I had Shawn and another professional hard worker come out to do an air duct cleaning at my residence. They were on time and very nice. They scoped the house and immediately went back to their vans to get to work. They were very fast, but still did not damage any of the walls or anything while they moved their big equipment up and down the stairs.
