One area of cleaning was missed due to a miscommunication, however I’m still giving a 5 star review for the following reasons. First, the owner, Tim, was easy to talk to and emphasized wanted to, “make things right.” He arranged for the crew to return the next day(which was perfectly fine for us). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. They were very flexible with scheduling (which proved necessary when some of my plans with other contractors went awry) and did a spectactular, thorough job.
