I used to go to Monticello Dental Center. I had two root canals done by a lady there. Don’t remember her name. The first one failed and I had to have an emergency extraction one weekend before they even billed me! But guess what? They made me pay that bill! I am currently at the dentist again (a different dentist) with a toothache from hell and guess which tooth it is. The other one she did a root canal on. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. Ever.

Dr Calpas is a great dentist. A very honest and genuine person who is easy to trust. He does great work and so does his assistant. Front desk staff is kind and courteous. What a wonderful office. Our new favorite!

HIGHLY recommend this clinic! Due to a bad childhood experience I'm very fearful of dentists. This clinic came highly recommended, so I went there. I had a couple visits, one for cleaning and one for 2 fillings. It was the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I didn't have ANY pain when getting teeth filled! (And I'm 50 years old!) Their care was amazing! Dr Hendrix and Dr Calpas are A+++!

Very dissatisfied with their customer service. Lack of returned phone calls. Poor warranty on crowns. Faulty crowns. Poor chair-side service from dentist.

We also love this dental practice. Dr. Callas is a kind dentist who I always learn a bit more from every time I have a visit, as he is always explaining what he is doing as he is working. The other dentists on staff are also knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I do not remember ever having a time when I was unable to get an appointment for a tooth "emergency," and I have had more than a few. You may have to wait to get the initial appointment, but do it! It will be worth the wait.
