Luke has been nothing but amazing.we called him at 1 am because our septic was frozen. He responded said he will be out at 630am this was a Saturday. He was here right away in the morning and took care of the issue. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We called other places and still have not heard back from them. Definitely over and above customer service.
6 stars, 11/10 recommend. Luke came first thing in the morning to help with a clogged sewer drain/water backing up through the toilet. He was very informative and helpful! Couldn’t be happier with the service ??Edit to add: The owner saw my voicemail before they even opened shop and called from out of state to make sure I knew how to shut off the water until someone could get to us. A+ customer service
On the first day of school, (Sept. 6th 2022) we woke up to no water. I frantically called many local Plumbing businesses only to be told none were available that day or even the next day. One place was even booked out for a whole MONTH! After leaving a message at Grass Lake Plumbing, Kevin returned my call with in minutes and did some trouble shooting with my husband over the phone, which helped diagnose our issue. It was a problem Kevin believed to be coming from the well pump. He said no licensed plumber would have been able to touch this job. This job could only be fixed by a licensed well driller.
