I saw Dr. Jackson for some acute lower back pain while traveling to visit family. I've been to many chiropractors over the years and was very grateful that she was able to get me in so quickly. She was incredibly kind, thorough and a wonderful listener when inquiring about my pain. She did some amazing work from head to toe which gave me blissful relief. The office was comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be dropping in for a tune up the next time I'm in town. I only wish I were closer so I could visit more regularly!

19 months ago I nearly had to crawl into Dr Hedlund’s office because my back was such a mess. My husband had to help me out of bed and I was barely surviving on ibuprofen & ice packs. Dr Hedlund had me come in for an adjustment & laser treatments every 2-3 days for a while to get the spasms to stop and then it was every week. After the first treatment I felt definite improvement and it’s only improved since then. Now I’m in my 2nd year, going biweekly and I have nearly full mobility and zero pain 90-95% of the time. Investing in my health with Dr Hedlund has been the best money I’ve ever spent on myself. He has truly helped me get my life back. Maria & Kayla are equally as amazing as he is talented. Super crew!! The sockets and light fixtures on the west wall of our downstairs bathroom would not function. I contacted Holdens and Randy returned my call. After I explained what was going on he asked if the GCFI had been tripped as that is what it sounded like. That bathroom does not have a GCFI. Randy suggested that I look throughout the house for one. And sure enough I found the tripped GCFI in the upstairs bathroom. Who would have thought? Randy did! They could have scheduled a maintenance call and charged me for this simple fix, but Randy described to me what I needed to do and he was right on. This is the definition of customer service. I will not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you.
Had a bad experience at a different salon. Made an appointment at Ethereal to get my hair cleaned up. Bri did an amazing job evening out layers and cleaning up the ends. Will definitely be back in the future!

Hannah did an AMAZING job on my hair. The environment and place Itself is just beautiful. And even though my hair took quite a bit of time hannah did her best to help make my hair healthy and achieve the color I wanted as best she could! Wonderful experience great staff, definitely recommend!

I just wanted to thank Jessica from the eye clinic at the Baxter Walmart. I was out of town for a bachelorette party and went to put my contacts in, and one was missing from the case. All of the local (Crosslake) eye clinics were closed on Saturday, so I thought I’d call this location to see if there was anything they could do. I explained the situation I was in, and Jessica was more than willing to help. We went over my prescription and thankfully they had my prescription in stock. When I got there, the staff was very friendly & quick to greet me. Thank you so much for all of your help this past weekend.
My stylist moved to this salon from a place that recently closed in Baxter. I followed her because she does an excellent job cutting my hair. The salon is nice, but upstairs, so if you can't do stairs, you won't be able to go up for all the salon offers.

They were fun, and very welcoming. Talked me through everything step asking if I liked the shape, color, length, etc. I got a fill with the chrome color that’s why it was on the cheaper side.
I'm going to start by saying I have been a customer that gets service of some sort every few weeks and the ladies that work there are phenomenal, great customer service, they are honest if I want something that is not their strong skill, and always provide awesome service. However the last several times I've been there there is 1 exception. It appears that Payge has a terrible attitude. She looks possed to be there, looks annoyed any time she is asked to do something that gets her off her phone and off her butt. I have even witnessed snarky comments to her coworkers, etc. I have been in customer service myself for years, some of it in management, she would have been promoted to customer by me with that attitude. It's not a good look for your business. I purposely gave 5 stars because the other ladies deserve it, but she'd get a 1 star from me just because of the terrible customer service, but dont want to hurt your score because of 1 bad apple, but feel you should know how this appears from a loyal customer's perspective. To all the other staff, keep up the great work, I appreciate you and what you do!
