Love the app, it has been pretty accurate for me the first few times I went there, service was great, and the Marrissa from the brainerd, MN location was so kind and great with my son!

Walked in , was asked for contact information, was asked to wait in my car (to keep the number of people in the store at one time down). Was expecting a call in my phone saying I was next, instead a person stuck there head out the door and looked around the parking lot for me sitting in my car (inefficient and confusing). The hair cut was good, I'm a simple person, get the hair out of my eyes and away from my ears and we are good. This was done efficiently and in short order. Thank you.
