We have tried to go to urgent care multiple times and have even checked the online wait time which said 15 minutes. Get there and they say they are at capacity. There were two cars in the front parking lot near urgent care and one of them arrived and drove away just after me. And I was there more than two hours before closing.
Been to this clinic 3 times and it’s long wait time even when checking in prior. All the trips were 2-4 hours for pinkeye and strep throat. They obviously haven’t figured out an efficient system yet, I’d avoid.
What a bad experience I had today with my son. I wanted to give the clinic a second chance but I will not go back. I saw Dr. Cassandra B Moylan, everything was chaos, she never gave a diagnosis, it seems that she made a mistake in the profession and to make a long story short she wanted to give my son an antibiotic without having done any exam. She only checked his ears but said she was not so sure and then his throat but she said that it looked a little red but that she was not sure either but that if I wanted she could prescribe me an antibiotic.
