Absolutely professionals! Not only do they know their stuff, they approach every customer like family making a safe and welcome space to deal with someone that nobody gets excited about. I visited a competitor during an emergency and walked away not feeling like things were thoroughly checked and guess what! Live again within a few weeks. Don't guess - go to the best. These folks have been around supporting this work and community with love and inclusivity for ages. MLL clearly trains every person to become experts and everyone is friendly and kind. I don't love having to go, but it's my only spot now when we need help.
Wonderful experience at the Woodbury location! The team was accommodating with scheduling and very knowledgeable. My 7 year old daughter was treated kindly and given the care she needed. Unfortunately I was not aware my daughter had lice, so the removal did take some time. I am thankful I had a professional remove from her scalp. highly recommend! Thankyou again.
Highly recommend! Our family of 5 had to get checked and we were so grateful for the Lice Lady. I sent a text at 9pm and got an immediate response with an appointment booked the next morning - so incredibly helpful in a stressful situation! We had a great experience with the friendly staff. Also, the option to pay with an HSA was really convenient.
