I met Jerry Behr at a meet & greet in Luck Wi. After visiting, he offered to look at my floors in my recently purchased yr round hm that had been a wkend cabin for yrs. I went w the flooring he suggested & I couldn't be happier. A 2.5 day install became 5 due to no prev prep work. His honesty & genuine warmth was a added plus! Thx so much Jerry. You did me a solid. This is the second time we have had Apple Valley Carpet and Flooring Sales install new carpeting at our Apple Valley Townhome.Both experiences have been great as detailed below:1. The sales staff and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful and well versed in the world of flooring. All questions were answered honestly and competently. This is an important advantage as most "big box" stores offer minimal help.2. The store has a wide variety of carpeting options to choose from. Great service and very knowledgeable sales person helping pick out the carpet. Was installed in a timely manner. Person that put the carpet down was great and did a good job. Would recommend USA Carpets and Flooring to friends and family!
