“Their communication is lacking. I had written a letter where they never responded and the front desk staff member was very curt with me when I inquired about it in person. Just know that when they ask if you want fluoride for your regular cleaning, they mean it is an additional fluoride that is not covered by your insuance. .“

“Great experience with this place. Originally came from another place where doctor was insisting that my totally normal filling was redone because she suspects the cavity underneath just by the look. Went to this place before even took X-rays doctor said that I have discoloration and nothing needs to be done, couple of X-rays proved it was just a stain.“

“10/10 - I found Aspen dental while having a dental emergency. They saw me on a Saturday and had my root canal booked before I left. They provided me with pain management until the procedure. The root canal was not a fun procedure but the team was efficient and kind throughout and managed my pain very well. The front desk was kind and considerate. The scheduling team was accommodating of my upcoming travel plans when scheduling my root canal. I even got a cleaning booked and wisdom teeth removal quoted. I had ignored my teeth for years and they made me feel welcome, not judged and were extremely helpful and efficient in getting me back on track with my teeth. I felt no judgement and very at ease which is NOT something I had felt in a dentist office for years. Highly recommend!“
