Their communication is lacking. I had written a letter where they never responded and the front desk staff member was very curt with me when I inquired about it in person. Just know that when they ask if you want fluoride for your regular cleaning, they mean it is an additional fluoride that is not covered by your insuance. .
Well overdue review for our family dentists! Love everything you do and your professionalism, care, and education for your patients is second to none. Thanks for all you do keeping our smiles bright!!
No one likes going to the dentist, however, Dr. Navarro and his team make it smooth, painless, and an overall pleasant experience. He's an EXTREMELY good dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else (and I'm picky)!!
