I have been seeing Dr Ruf for about 4 months now and have really noticed the difference in my health! I used to get headaches multiple times a week, but now I don't have ANY! So amazing to see the benefits in such a short time. I definitely recommend him for anyone experiencing any sort of pain!

My 9 year old daughter was having to take miralax every single day to help with constipation and even doing that still had issues to where wed have to sometimes double or triple the dose to get a good clean out.. it was to the point that the constipation caused her to get bladder infections that got so bad we ended up with a stay at childrens hospital for a week.. I was already seeing Dr. Ruf for my headaches (and let me tell you he has been a miracle worker for me) and decided to talk with him and decided to give chiropractic a try for her. Dr. Ruf saved me from having a barbaric procedure done. 2 years ago, I had dual disk replacement in my c5-6 and c6-7 neck disks. Everything felt fine until 6 months after the surgery. After too much movement and strain, it would feel like my neck was in a vice. I started to protect my neck from movement and it started to effect my back and feet. My "dr" recommended that I have ablations done... i was about to consider it until a voice in my head told me to give him a shot and he completely fixed it and now I'm ready to go back to work!
