I had a cap on my tooth fall off, the staff was great in listening to my hesitation on removing the remaining tooth as the cap could not be replaced. They filed the remaining tooth as it was cutting my tongue and packed it until I had time to properly get the tooth fixed. They explained what needed to be done, time and a couple of financial options! Great office I will quickly recommend them!
Over the past month, I have received many fillings for my teeth after not visiting the dentist office for over four years. I was a little nervous to head back into the dentist office but was welcomed and treated with great respect by every staff member that I encountered. The individuals at the front desk were very helpful and kind, providing me with information and resources. The dental assistants have been friendly but also they did not pressure conversation which I prefer when at the dentist and in the dental office chair. Nancy is an amazing hygienist and Dr. Alex is so kind. I’ve been to this office twice now and I have nothing but good things to say. The office is extremely clean and welcoming. Nancy explained everything throughly. She was fun to talk with and gave my teeth a fabulous much needed cleaning. Dr. Alex was happy to answer all of the questions regarding treatment options, which put me at ease. I felt very cared for at Ham Lake Dental :)
