Limitless Exteriors and Remodeling

844 140th Lane Northwest, Andover

Fri 8AM - 7PM

“I would highly recommend Limitless Exterior. We had them build us a beautiful no maintenance deck that feels extremely high quality and sturdy. Price was very reasonable and they had more of a selection for materials than other places we got quotes. We had a slight cosmetic issue with a support beam that became warped. They had no problems coming back out to replace it for free. That impressed me. I feel most places would just ghost you on any issues. 5 stars! Thanks!”

Kestner Construction Co.

741 Constance Boulevard Northwest, Andover

Fri 8:30AM - 3PM

“Kestner Construction is founded on character and integrity with master class skills in construction.
Lightning struck the electrical mast in our 100 year old house causing fire in an upstairs bedroom and the roof. The smoke and water damage covered the upstairs 3 bedrooms and 3 rooms downstairs. He repaired and reshingled the roof. The asbestos siding was abatement was performed along with the two layers of cedar siding behind the asbestos and new siding installed. The lathe and plaster and insulation on both floors had to be removed along with the knob and tube wiring that was destroyed. All new wiring, insulation, drywall and paint were required. All new wood flooring was installed in the upstairs 3 bedrooms with all wood floors upstairs and downstairs sanded and refinished. The floor joists and studs had to be upgraded to meet current building code requirements. He constructed kitchen cabinets to replicate what was there initially. Ryan dealt with the insurance company throughout (three different adjustors) through the entire construction process of 14 months (the insurance company was difficult to deal with through the first 6 months. We now have a beautiful new 100 year old house!!”

10K Construction

2195 Northdale Boulevard Northwest, Coon Rapids

Fri 8AM - 6PM

“I reached out to Troy Miller at 10k Construction through a recommendation from a couple of my wife Ellen's friends on Facebook who said Troy was the man to deal with regarding getting a new roof. I had a small leak coming through one of my light fixtures in my kitchen upstairs so the need was urgent. I reached out to Troy the morning of Monday September 21st. Troy stopped by the house Tuesday the 22nd in the afternoon and addressed all of our concerns. Our new roof was completed on this past Friday October 2nd. I'm an old former Marine. I was and am so impressed with every aspect of Troy's knowledge, communication, compassion and sense of mission. He really made this whole process seamless and stress free for my wife and I. The workmanship from Danny and the 4 man crew is outstanding. I have already recommended Troy Miller and 10k Construction to a few of my friends who will reach out to Troy and 10k Construction when they are ready to move forward with their new roofs. My wife and I will more than likely be looking to get a new deck put on our house next year. We will be reaching out to Troy Miller and 10k Construction when we decide to move forward with this based on our experience with Troy. You have a good man their with Troy! Don't lose him! Have a great day.
