Chris got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price.

Some toilet maintenance became more work than I wanted to do when I discovered the previous owner/plumber had installed the toilet incorrectly. I called Chris and he communicated when he'd be there and showed up on time even in -30 degree weather. Then he walked me through what he needed to do to fix the problem and did all the work. It was a smooth and easy process.
