Had an excellent response from these guys called after 5 on a wednesday got an answer within 30 agreed my service could wait till thursday. Eric showed up by 715 and was friendly and efficiant. The solved my issued in short order, I highly reccomend them!!
Eric and Jamie were both great, friendly, professional and informative. Eric came out to our home to do the pumping and told me about normal septic tank levels and assured us that we were doing the right things. Price was very fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Alexandria Sanitary Services.
The alarm went off at my Septic yesterday. I called Jamie and he was heading this way to my neighbor's. When I explained what happened he came here instead and will do the neighbors a different day. He shut off the alarm and then proceeded to empty the 3 tanks. I'm sure all this rain has added to them filling up. Jamie was in and out in an hour. He's very good at making sure the tanks and filter get clean. Now we should be good for another year. Thank you Jamie.
