Scott put in a new mini split air/heat unit to a new porch—awesome job, professional, attention to detail, prompt, and pride in excellent work. A furnace blower motor wouldn’t stop running; Scott came out and fixed it, dedicated to getting the job done, with a fair price, and 100% recommend because if he doesn’t know, he will find a way. Scott is great, giving helpful tips, easy to get ahold of, and scheduled in a good time frame. Scott came out last minute to repair old plumbing to a washing machine, with same day repair and left the work area spotless. Excellent service.
Scott worked with me to find an appropriate mini-split solution for our new enclosed porch on Lake Mary in Alexandria. I had ideas, and he helped make sense of all the options from Mitsubishi. I think we got an excellent and maintainable unit.
At install, he coordinated with the electrician (who took a long time to do his job; Scotty waited a good bit). The installation was perfectly executed, with attention paid to where I wanted the outside condenser. It was a completely clean and competent installation, with the job done right and no mess left afterwards.
So far, the equipment is working as expected, with no problem handling high eighties and high humidity....read full review

Scott is great! We needed a few tweaks to get our shower ready for tile (raised our copper pipe for the shower head, lowered the copper pipe for the shower valve, and centered our drain). He also gave some really helpful tips along the way. It was very easy to get ahold of him and we were able to get scheduled in a good time frame. As long as he's in business, we will continue to have him as our plumbing and HVAC guy!
