“Scott worked with me to find an appropriate mini-split solution for our new enclosed porch on Lake Mary in Alexandria. I had ideas, and he helped make sense of all the options from Mitsubishi. I think we got an excellent and maintainable unit.
At install, he coordinated with the electrician (who took a long time to do his job; Scotty waited a good bit). The installation was perfectly executed, with attention paid to where I wanted the outside condenser. It was a completely clean and competent installation, with the job done right and no mess left afterwards.
