“I haven't used all their services, but I've gone floating multiple times at the Hudson location. I've always been very happy with my experience there. The various staff I've interacted with were all friendly and knew a lot about float therapy. The vibes of the building are clean and peaceful. I'm happy with the amount of options you have with regards to floating -- music off or on, lights off or on (in the water and in the room), etc. The building is pretty quiet, except one time I think they were doing maintenance or something down the hall and it was a bit noisy so I just turned on the fan to mask the noise and it solved the issue. The water is sometimes a little on the cooler side, but they have heaters by the mirror in the room when you get out so that helps you warm back up. I haven't used any of their other services yet, but I plan on it.”
