Went here for Mother’s Day last year and did the float tank therapy! IT WAS AMAZING!!! I loved the cute room I had to myself. I also did the sauna which had a tv in there and it was one person only which was great! I also tried the cold plunge. I had a wonderful Mother’s Day experience and I will definitely be going back there again for Mother’s Day. Also the prices weren’t too bad either and the staff was super nice

I have experienced Awaken for Wellness at the Hudson and Woodbury locations. They are always clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and they are always respectful of appointment times. I have personally used the IR Sauna and Salt Room and would highly recommend incorporating Awaken for Wellness into anyone’s wellness routine.

I love this place! Relaxing, peaceful, healing environment. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The cold plunge is so invigorating. The float tank and pod are so so relaxing and calming. It’s definitely something I would recommend everyone try at least once. I have a membership at Hudson location. Trying Woodbury soon!
