Highly Recommended!! I came in with chronic, stubborn tightness in my shoulders, back and hips and Kim's expertise in myofascial release therapy was beyond impressive! She used slow, deliberate and very effective techniques to release the fascia and my tension. Kim truly cares by listening to my concerns plus worked with how my body was responding.
After the session, I added the red light dry sauna, so perfect and amazing! It amplified the relaxation, helped flush out the toxins released during my massage and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The facility is clean and serene, plus she sells Juice Plus!! I will definitely be going back, she is the total package.
