Trinity Health ER & Hospital provided me with outstanding care! But its Urology Dept. leaves a lot to be desired:
* Some of the front desk staff are curt & dismissive. When you call for an emergency appt., you feel like you are medically triaged by them!
* The system is set up in such a way that you can hardly set up an appt. with an M.D. It forces you to see an N.P. first.
* During my first stint at the hospital, no Urology providers came to see me. As a result, my discharge instructions told me to do something prematurely; it caused me a lot of pain before my next Urology appt.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I had complications after a surgery and the receptionist was the most rude and unhelpful service member I have ever spoken to. You would think working at a medical office would mean you have some compassion for people’s suffering but this is obviously not the case. Just getting transferred to a nurse on my surgery team was a trying task in a time of need. Had to completely switch to a new hospital just to get emergency care due to lack of help and communication. Bafflingly rude for someone in a place of work let alone in general.

I’ve seen C Sanocki a few times now and have always felt like she rushed through the appointment and couldn’t care less about the things I’m struggling with. I thought I could be taking it too personally but after reading some other reviews I feel a little more validated and now I want reaffirm others who shared my experience.

I also had sent a message here through my portal to get a prescription filled and they didn’t get back to me for over a few weeks. Glad they did but I don’t think that’s an acceptable amount of time to wait.

There are definitely some people here that are nice and friendly but I will never schedule another appointment :(
