Professional, friendly, GREAT customer service. I could not be more pleased, esp after going to the discount places where exams are 5 mins and the staff are unfriendly.All of my family will use the Eye Fallery fir all of our vision needs. As a retired RN, I was pleased with the care I received.

I love Dr. Butros as an eye doctor. He’s kind, gentle, and seems to genuinely want his patients to understand what’s happening with their eyes and vision.Other staff have been very pleasant and helpful. They seem like a very organized business.

The appointment was for my wife, she had a good experience with the staff and the doctor. They did an excellent job with her eye exam. The only negative thing was the fact that they have a very small selection of frames that are $150 or less. Since almost all vision insurance will only cover up to $150, it made it kind of hard to find a frame that she liked. We used to deal with a different Vision place, and they had over 250 frames that fell into the $150 or less range, therefore giving us a much larger selection to pick from. But due to our vision insurance through our employer had changed and the other place didn't accept our insurance we had to find a new place.... read full review
