“Absolutely LOVE this place. Young woman at desk is VERY approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful.One of the things I like the best about Zip Tanz is the knowledge of the tanning process. They advertise on their website that their employees are all very knowledgeable, and from my experience, it is 100% true!I have met only one employee so far, and she is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions , and took the time to give her honest opinion on what will work best for ME and my desired results.Just yesterday , I was in a rush , wanted to tan , and showed up about 15 minutes prior to close. Most places would be sort of annoyed and even turn me away.I do not know her name, but she is in the picture. She was great! I was able to tan, and even at the end of my tan, when I was leaving, she took the time to answer yet another question . All with a positive and friendly attitude. This level of professionalism is very rare these days.Props to this employee, and Zip Tanz ! You will love this place. No doubt!“

“In town for a few months during the pandemic. Had assumed baseball caps and a "COVID-pony" were going to be my only options. WRONG! I feel quite lucky to have found a fine salon and expert stylist. Went to Salon XL and was extremely impressed with the health protocols and the lovely space the owner had created. Most importantly, I got a fabulous precision haircut and was turned onto some hair care products that have made a huge improvement in my greying locks. The quality of the cut is simply excellent. Especially useful for this "absent-minded professor"- the owner graciously sent a reminder to consider coming back in after 5 weeks (super helpful). I still hate ZOOM with a passion but have to admit it is much easier to handle when you get compliments on your haircut. Very highly recommended.“
