In town for a few months during the pandemic. Had assumed baseball caps and a "COVID-pony" were going to be my only options. WRONG! I feel quite lucky to have found a fine salon and expert stylist. Went to Salon XL and was extremely impressed with the health protocols and the lovely space the owner had created. Most importantly, I got a fabulous precision haircut and was turned onto some hair care products that have made a huge improvement in my greying locks. The quality of the cut is simply excellent. Especially useful for this "absent-minded professor"- the owner graciously sent a reminder to consider coming back in after 5 weeks (super helpful). I still hate ZOOM...read full review
Yesterday Charlie gave me full highlights and a beautiful hair cut. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness and privacy of her salon. My highlights and cut are perfect. I could not be happier with Charlie's expert work.
Charlie is phenomenal! She is a gifted colorist and stylist. After moving here from NYC, I was so glad to find Charlie. And spending time in her charming salon is always a pleasure.
