Vince inspected a condo I was in the market to buy and after hearing a few horror stories about other people's inspections (not from him, just in general) and this being my first home, I was nervous. Vince came in and was more than thorough with his inspection and actually walked through every issue that was found and explained his thoughts on the issue and if it was easily fixable or not. I would absolutely recommend him for any home inspections.
Vince at Step by Step was amazing. He was very thorough and checked everything inside and outside the house like it was his own home. He went out of his way to explain everything during the process and answer any questions we had during the inspection. He then followed up with a great report summarizing everything including photos. I highly recommend Vince and Step by Step.
Vince was amazing! He was early and up on the roof even before we arrived for the inspection and was ready to give us all the information he had already found. He was very good at communicating with us every step of the way, which area he was doing, what he was checking for and then what he found. He broke down everything easily for us to understand and gave us his recommendations. He is SO friendly and his reporting is very thorough, which is why we couldn’t wait to work with him. StepByStep also set up our plumbing scope for us (Clog Busters) which was so convenient and they were also the nicest people! Definitely recommend, 100/10!
