I loved the service they were very nice and had amazing customer service and I had a very pleasant experience, the style I wanted warranted extensions it was box braids but 4 of them fell out after less than 12 hours in my bonnet after I woke up, no hate to the store whatsoever but when I asked about a refund they said they couldn’t do it but they’d redo it and it’s an hour drive away from me and didn’t wanna waste another 5 hours of one of my days for the work i ended up receiving, and I completely understand if my hair was too short for box braids but I wish I was told that before instead of them just jumping into it, would recommend this place for box braids and everything braids the atmosphere is amazing and they’re very nice people I’m just a little upset I spent 200 dollars including a 50 dollar tip for them to fall out not even a day later when I understand braid care so it definitely wasn’t user error! If you have about 4 inch hair definitely don’t get it braided it will 100% fall out!

I have been going to Senkou Hair braiding for over 12 years she's very experienced in all types of hair styles. Fanta is amazing and very professional. My hair was very short and she was able to braid it with no problem. I recommend her to any family and friends.

My daughter hair was nice but it was pricey for the faux locs and we even had to go purchase the hair. Service was nice as well.

They have really clean picking style and neat, painless braiding. I would recommend this place if you want a very simple and common hairstyle (like boxbraids). Their braiding is quite beautiful.Although, I will not be returning here. I ignored the negative reviews and gave them a chance, and...I really wish I didn't. The entire experience was very...frustrating, anxiety ridden, and angering all at once.They failed to listen to me when I told them I wanted a layred style of small knotless boxbraids. Or more like...they lied that they knew how to braid the hairstyle I asked for, and when I tried to maneuver them as politely as I could, they pretty much ignored and intimidated me.They indeed made my braids small and knotless. But no one knew what a layered style is. They kept proclaiming that they knew what they were doing and did not listen to me or my concerns. They absolutely did not know what "layered braids" meant. My hair was left pretty much unfinished, and I grew so frustrated when they asked me to pay for not only a style I did not ask for but also a butchered job. I just paid them and left, swearing to myself that I'd never return.I showed the stylist a video on HOW to braid the hair style i wanted, and she assured me that she knew what she was doing. As I continued to correct her and voice my concerns, she became increasingly hostile and told me, "I have been braiding for many years...this is a very easy style... I know."Well, you clearly don't know what layered braids are. Nor do you know how to listen to the instructions of a video explaining how to do exactly the style I needed. Now, after spending 5 hours at this establishment and $190, I'm spending an additional 5 hours at home braiding my own hair.So, thanks for wasting my time and money. I absolutely regret going here today. It left me with such a negative feeling for the rest of my day. I just wish i never did it. I am mostly leaving this review to remind myself never to go here again.
