I am so happy to have a place I can come and get my hair braided as needed. So convenient & everyone is so friendly. I took out my braids recently prior to next walk-in and I had ZERO knots. I was so impressed that I didn’t have to go through that before my wash. That alone will keep me coming back. My hair has grown so much and is so thick now. I love that they have a variety of braiding hair color to choose from. I enjoy playing in different colors, so much fun! Thank you all for always keeping my hair pretty ☺️. See you next month!

Lovely place and lovely people. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I got boho faux locs and Nene did such an amazing job. I was so nervous at first because I’ve never gotten locs before, I usually just wear wigs. However, I’m IN LOVE with how she did my hair. It’s absolutely stunning. I feel so pretty. It looks great. I recommend her shop to anyone who’s looking to get their hair done.

I'm came in from Chicago. I'm here now permanently. I'd had knotless done there 4days prior with my usual person, who's shortened my braids for me when I needed a change.
Now, it took a while to find someone here that looked reputable, and I didn't let NeNe's LOW Google rating bother me. I called, made an appt and when I got there after terrible construction traffic.
She seriously tried to convince me that new braids would have to be done after she took my 4 DAY old braids out. Oh, but she wouldn't know they were new still because she didn't even look at my braids which were under a wrap.
Clearly, she doesn't know how to shorten/adjust, like big city Chicago braiders(?) I have no idea. OR was she really gonna try to siphon money out of me since my svc wasn't that much(?)
Which leaves me begging the question, WHY did she EVEN allow the appt in the first place?????? She let me drive there to be completely reviled like I'd asked her to turn water into wine.
She didn't bother with her gruff tone. So I will never bother her. I will absolutely steer anyone I know away if they need services. The service and rudeness to me was the opposite of personable. In fact, she straight up jeered me, like I'm not the triple-degreed 56 yr old I am, instead she chose to dismiss me like I was 12. Shame because now that I'm here, I'm shopping for a regular person to spend money with.

When I need my hair braided I only come to them! They do an amazing job EVERY TIME!! ?

I’m very particular about my hair and I typically braid it myself. My cousin recommended NeNe’s and to save some time I decided to try out her shop. The shop itself was nice, bright, and clean. I got knotless braids. They were reasonably priced, came out great, and are not too tight. Everyone there was very nice. She’s definitely gained a customer.
