Computers, networking, system back ups, updating, etc...are foreign language to me. Thankfully i have Steve and heather to take care of these things. They have done work for me both personally and professionally and I cannot recommend Michigan broadband highly enough.
Steve and Heather went above and beyond to help with a remote wifi system for our business. The level of engagement and technical knowledge they provided made the experience great. Highly recommended!
I had an external hard drive with several thousand photos on it that had been damaged years ago, I've held onto it for years hoping to get it repaired and Heather and Steve helped me recover my photos. They were a life saver and really did rescue several years of photos that are important to me and my family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their computer or network issues.
