Prompt and Efficient Service
Ken Cook not only quoted me $600 less than their competitor (Olde Town Plumbing), but had an opening an hour after I called for emergency repairs. The plumbers showed up exactly on time, and got to work with no delay. They completely replaced my damaged water heater in just over an hour, and were out of my hair again within minutes. There were no hidden fees or extra charges to worry about. In addition, the workers were incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely pleased just to help me out. Would definitely call again, and absolutely recommend!
Called Ken Cook in the morning and they were able to come by that afternoon. The plumber diagnosed the job quickly and repaired the probelm in a timely fashion. Fair pricing and good quality work. I will use them again.Service: Faucet repair
