There's something about their procurement attitude which aligns with my needs. On 2 occasions when I couldn't quite find the right equipment, they went the extra mile by locating it through some obscure supplier's inventory. The staff also understands timeliness, and have bumped my shipment to next day when it got to crunch time. Overall they're a great company to do business with. Highly recommended!
